Terms of service
The terms for using Siktora.
Last updated October 17, 2026
1. The service
Siktora lets you upload, create and share presentations in HTML format through links with access control and analytics. There is a free plan and paid plans. Presentations on the free plan are shared for 3 days and are then deleted automatically.
2. Your account
You sign in with a code or link sent to your email. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and for all activity on your account, including through API keys and connected AI apps you authorize.
3. Your content
You own the content you upload. You give Siktora the right to store, process and display the content to the extent needed to provide the service, for example to create thumbnails. You are responsible for having the right to share the content and for the viewer data collected through your links.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Siktora to:
- collect passwords, payment details or other data under false pretenses (phishing),
- spread malicious code or try to get around the service's security isolation,
- publish illegal content, hate, harassment or material that infringes others' rights,
- impersonate another person or organization,
- overload the service or circumvent limits.
We may take down presentations and accounts that break the terms, without prior warning when needed to protect others.
5. Paid plans and AI credits
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. AI credit packs are one-off purchases that do not expire. Payments are handled by Stripe.
6. Availability
We work for high availability but give no guarantees. Always keep your own copy of important presentations.
7. Limitation of liability
Siktora is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update the terms. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
9. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts. The Swedish version of these terms (Användarvillkor) prevails in case of differences.
