Share an HTML presentation as a link

An HTML presentation is a web page. Emailed as an attachment it is often blocked, opens without its images and can never be updated or revoked. A link solves all three.

Step by step

  1. Open siktora.com. The homepage is the uploader. No account needed before you pick a file.
  2. Drop the file. Drag in the .html file, a .zip or the whole folder if the deck has images, fonts or scripts in separate files (up to 100 MB).
  3. Choose who can open it. Anyone with the link, a password, or only specific email addresses/domains verified with a code.
  4. Confirm your email. You get a six-digit code so you can manage the link and see analytics.
  5. Copy the link. Send it by email, Teams, Slack or LinkedIn.

Why not just email the file?

What happens to your presentation

Siktora stores the files in Sweden and serves the presentation from a separate, sandboxed domain. Its JavaScript works as usual but cannot access Siktora, your account or the viewer’s sessions.

Upload a new version and the same link shows it immediately. You can create several links per presentation, e.g. one per recipient, and revoke one without affecting the others.

Questions

Does the recipient need an account?

No. They open the link, or enter a password or email code if you chose one.

How long does the link work?

During launch Siktora is free and presentations are shared for 3 days. You can also set your own expiry or revoke the link at any time.
