Step by step
- One link per investor. Create a separate link for each fund so you can see engagement per firm and turn off one without affecting the others.
- Require an NDA click-through. Viewers must accept your text before the deck opens. Acceptance is logged with their email.
- Watermark with the viewer email. Their email and date appear subtly across every slide, discouraging screenshots.
- Set an expiry date. The link stops working after the round closes.
What you learn
- Who opened the deck and how many times.
- Which slides got the most time – team, traction or the ask.
- Whether new, unexpected viewers appeared on a link.
Honest limits
No web tool can stop a determined person from photographing a screen. Watermarks and per-person links make leaks traceable, which is what deters them.
